Q Where I open my new company?
Ans. Click on New Company that found on Master option.
   
Q. Where I feed the details of company?
Ans. hen the user click on new company in master option, screen come where the user enters all the details of company i.e name of company, address of company, E-mail, Web site of company, PAN No, TDS No, Vat No., and others details relating to company specific.
   
Q. How new users can be created?
Ans. Go to master option and open the company and then go User Setup, which is in master option.
   
Q. From where I delete my previous company?
Ans. Just go to master option and click on company setup from where the user can delete any specific company if the user has rights to do the same.
   
Q. How and Where I define my ledgers and Groups?
Ans. First user has to open the company and click in Chart of Accounts in master option.
   
Q. Where I enter the details of customer?
Ans. For entering the customer details user must open the company and just click on customer in address option.
   
Q. Where I enter the details of supplier?
Ans. For entering the supplier details user must open the company and just click on supplier in address option.
   
   
Q. From where I get the balance of customer/Supplier?
Ans. First open the required company and go to customer book in registers option.
   
Q. From where I get the ledger?
Ans. First open the required company and click on ledger options in Registers option.
   
Q. Where I get my balance sheet?
Ans. First open the required company and click on reports option.
